COSALC Executive Board Report

In an effort to have better communication with each of the branches the members of the executive board represent, we have created this fillable report that needs to be completed each time you attend a branch meeting. 

This should be done if the meeting is attended in person or via video conferencing. 

We would suggest to stay organzied and keep saved copies of each report labeled with the dates of the meetings.
