-Born and raised in Nebraska
-Attended high school in Nebraska, Hawaii and Colorado, graduated from Fort Collins High in 1964.
-Joined the us air force in oct  1964 and had the opportunity to serve in such pleasure places as Vietnam, Thailand, Libya, turkey, iran and got to visit some others.  Served ten years in germany.  My primary job was to load bombs, rockets, missiles and guns on several different aircraft.  Retired from the air force in oct 1991 with the rank of senior master sergeant (e8).
-Hired on with the post office in sep 1992 as a sub for the rural route carriers.  Changed crafts to the nalc in nov 1994 and have been there ever since. 
-I have been a branch treasurer for three years and currently am the health benefits representive for the branch.
-Have attended all national conventions, some rap sessions, national and regional, state conventions and state training sessions to become better informed and more knowledgeable of the functions of the nalc.
-I was elected to the state executive board in 2003 and am currently serving as state treasurer.
